  • Customs, Taxes, and Duties: Customs fees, duties, or import taxes for packages shipped with Deutsche Post or other service providers are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any additional fees or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these fees vary depending on the laws and regulations of the country, and we are unable to estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund is not possible.

  • Address Errors and Unclaimed Packages For shipments returned to us due to an address error on the part of the customer, or shipments where a delivery attempt was made and subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold the shipping and return costs. A second delivery attempt will also be charged.

  • Delayed Package We have established partnerships with all our shipping carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the stated timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or issues with the carrier that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
